Ok a couple of people have been a bit confused with uploading these so here a guide to help:

Signatures:
*Go to Profile along the top options
*Go to the signature box
*If you want to enter text just write away and submit it
*If you want a picture, upload that picture into a programme such as Photobucket and copy and paste the image (IMG) code into the signature box, then submit.

Avatars:
*Go to Profile along the top options
*Go to the bottom and the Avatar section
*Either upload one from your computer or copy and paste the link in from a programme such a photobucket.
